1) SJSZ series of conical double screw extruder is specializing in extruding pipes using various kinds of PVC powder. When equipped with different moulds and auxiliary machines, such products as any PVC pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, rods and pellets can be produced.
Features:
2). The screw adopts circulating oil cooling device, so that the friction temperature would be quite allowable.
The screw barrel adopts special designed wind cooling system, which makes repair quite easy.
3). According to different material mixing requirements of clients, screws of reasonable structure can be equipped with to make sure desirable plasticization and quality of flowing substance.
The centers of driving motor, reduction box and screw are assembled in a line, which ensures easy maintenance.

4) The specially designed distributing box has extra-sized thrust bearings with long rotation lifespan. They are originally imported and can bear more powerful extruding pressure.
Equipped with forced feeding device, the extruder ensures consistent speed of material discharging and extruding.
